Our process from initial contact to follow up after cleaning is listed below.
Initial Contact / Inquiry: We will respond promptly to your request and set up a time to come out to view your home / business.
On Site Consultation: We will meet to perform an on site consultation so that we can see the area(s) that need to be cleaned, discuss special circumstances and expectations (both yours and ours).
Quote: A quote will be provided via email. The complexities of every home and business mean that we will not provide quotes for service sight unseen over the phone or email. We want to make sure we are accurate and everything is agreed upon while on site.
Cleaning Service Reminder: A google invite will be sent out for you to accept, serving as a reminder for cleaning date and pricing.
Cleaning Service: On the agreed upon day and time we will perform the service. **We do have a lockout policy whereas if we cannot access the property as agreed upon, we charge a $75 lockout fee**
Payment: Payment will be requested the same business day that the cleaning is performed upon. We accept cash, checks and other forms of payment like Zelle.
Follow Up: Once service has been completed you will have 3 days to let us know if there are any issues that need to be resolved. We do not offer refunds but will seek to resolve any concerns as soon as possible.
