Our Payment Policy
- Payment is due the day of service. Cash, check or an electronic invoice.
- $150 minimum for any service.
- $500 minimum for deep cleaning service (actual pricing evaluated while on site).
- We charge per square foot, not by the hour. The work will be completed to the highest standard and will not be priced based on time. We have found this to be the best case for both parties, which also avoids “clock watching” to meet an arbitrary timeline.
